Meet Your Crew

Captain: Connor

Captain Connor first started sailing in 1967 in his youth as a sea cadet.  He comes from a long line of mariners of the coast of Newfoundland, Canada. Over the years Connor has never navigated far from his passion for the sea.  His experience comes from local yachting regattas, offshore sailing in the Med & Pacific to chartering yachts.  Connor has also worked with the Canadian Coastguard search & rescue joint marine operations.  In these capacities he has a lifetime of sailing experience with a strong background in Occupational First Aid, Health & Marine Safety.  Captain Connor has several sailing certifications from the Canadian Power Squadron & Royal Yachting Association's coastal, ocean and offshore Yacht Master.

Along with his passion for sailing comes Connor's passion for entertaining and music.  He loves to entertain while serving guests his famous cocktails at the bar.  You are in very capable and friendly hands while aboard Out-N-Aboat.

Co-Captain/Chef: Erica

Navigator and Chef/Hostess Erica has extensive background in water activities and sports.  She is a former certified lifeguard with years in marine environment. Erica's experience includes snorkeling, diving, fishing and sailing around the world from arctic to tropical exotic locations.  She loves nature and outdoors.  Erica has University degree in Natural Sciences from Sweden.  She has extensive background in languages and catering.  Her passion for cooking is displayed in the European, Canadian and Thai signature dishes, which display variety of exotic flavours.  She inherited her forefathers love of adventure, passion for sailing and entertaining.  She is certified and experienced sailor.
