Payment Method

The deposit payment may be made via bank with wire transfer and is held in an escrow account.  This is the best method for clients as this will protect your deposit & avoids excessive transaction fees via some credit cards or paypal.  The client saves anywhere between 4%-12% in transaction fees.  However, if the client wishes to use a credit card with some of these additional fees, this can be arranged.

Simply fill out the reservation request form here and we will send you the transaction information along with your cruise itinerary and special provision and activity requests.  The escrow account amounts will be released few days before the beginning of your charter.

We need to have your food and beverage preferences submitted no later than 60 days prior to your arrival, Skype or e-mail us, if you have any questions when filling out these forms.  If you have chosen an all inclusive charter, seasonally available food, wine and entertainment is included.  If you have chosen one of our themed charters a special package was included as well.
It is customary to offer a gratuity at the end of the charter to show your appreciation for the service provided by
our professional crew. The average gratuity in the charter industry is from 10 % to 20 % on the basic charter rate.
